To fight physical lethargy in less than 30 seconds just do this take 10 very rapid breaths in and out in and out as you do this it will activate your body's sympathetic nervous system which is your fight or flight response and it will alert and energize you caution do not do this if you are prone to severe anxiety Panic or epileptic seizures.
